Tuna Cutting Event Details 

Guests will experience an exciting, up-close tuna cutting presentation, including a photo opportunity with the whole tuna. While you wait for the live breakdown to begin, enjoy passed appetizers featuring chicken and pork belly skewers, along with oysters on the half shell. 

Once the tuna is broken down, the evening transitions into an 8-course tuna omakase experience. The meal begins with fresh sashimi and concludes with a house-made tuna soup prepared on the spot. Just before the final course, guests will also enjoy unlimited hand rolls. 

The experience runs from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM

We offer several tiers of seating to match your preferred experience: 

Center Counter Seating – $400 (per guest) Our premier seats, located directly in front of the action. Guests will have a chef-facing view, with the tuna being broken down right before them. End Counter  

Seating – $300 (per guest) Located at the ends of the counter, these seats still offer a view of the tuna cutting, though not directly in front. 

All counter seating includes three additional premium courses: bone marrow shots with uni and a caviar bump, tuna head meat, and tuna collar served with fresh wasabi. 

Shared Dining (Outer Seating) – $200 (per guest, sold in pairs) A communal dining experience where you’ll be seated with another couple at a four-top table—perfect for meeting fellow tuna enthusiasts.  

Booth Seating – $800 (4 guests) / $1,000 (6 guests) A more private group setting for those who prefer to dine together. 

 

Private Room – $1,200 (6–8 guests) An enclosed space for a more intimate and lively experience. Comfortably seats 6 guests; 8 guests can be accommodated with a tighter fit. Ideal for groups looking for a more energetic, private atmosphere.
