Guests will experience an exciting, up-close tuna cutting presentation, including a photo opportunity with the whole tuna. While you wait for the live breakdown to begin, enjoy passed appetizers featuring chicken and pork belly skewers, along with oysters on the half shell.
Once the tuna is broken down, the evening transitions into an 8-course tuna omakase experience. The meal begins with fresh sashimi and concludes with a house-made tuna soup prepared on the spot. Just before the final course, guests will also enjoy unlimited hand rolls.
